The firm is positioned to assist nonprofit organizations and associations with the unique challenges they face. The firm also has expertise in planning, structuring and implementing licensure, certification, certificate and testing programs and can assist clients with these activities. The firm is also very familiar with voluntary certification program accreditation and the related processes.
INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY PRACTICE
Under the firm’s direction, investigative and security related matters are handled in a confidential, sensitive and discreet manner. The firm also maintains a network of consultants comprised of former law enforcement and experienced security professionals that can serve as added resources should the need arise.
ABOUT STEVEN T. PELUSO
Mr. Peluso represents large and small organizations, start-ups and individuals. He has served as General Counsel for a nationally recognized test developer and before that as an associate counsel at a major New York financial institution. Prior to law school, Mr. Peluso served as a Special Agent with the United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). He is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Criminal Investigator Training Program (CITP).

Past Director – HR Certification Institute (HRCI) an internationally recognized independent certifying organization for the human resources profession.
